Movement fun for families - Sports Day at Lidl Arena!

We invite families, friends, and neighbors to a day dedicated to movement, laughter, and togetherness! During the event, sporting activities will intertwine with creative workshops, allowing everyone to find their own perfect way to stay active and enjoy the day with their loved ones.

What can attendees expect?

Sporting Activities

  • Lidl Arena Orienteering Challenge – discover the secret to the joy of movement by following the clues throughout the hall.
  • Family Relay Races – laughter, speed, and team challenges together with family or friends.
  • Football Kick Challenge – test your accuracy and power against various obstacles.
  • Giant Darts – aim the football at an inflatable target and rack up points!

Fitness and Well-being Classes

  • Zumba – masterclasses from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM.
  • Yoga – masterclasses from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM.
  • Physiotherapy Consultations – from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, an opportunity to receive advice and exercises under the guidance of a specialist.

Children’s Activities

  • Face Painting – from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Toddler Corner (Ages 0–6) – play and activities for our youngest guests.

Creative and Mind Games

  • Board Game Station – Games provided by Brain Games (Klask, Codenames, Bauboom, and more) available throughout the day.

Prizes and Surprises

At the end of the day, 5 lucky winners will be drawn to receive digital gift cards from our event supporters: Sportland, Nike, Lidl, Mārupes pica, and Brain Games.
