During the event, sporting activities will intertwine with creative workshops, allowing everyone to find their own perfect way to stay active and enjoy the day with their loved ones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Date: October 12, 2025 Time: 9:00 AM \u2013 7:00 PM Location: Lidl Arena, 6 Kauguru Street, Riga Admission: FREE (with pre-registration)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What can attendees expect?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sporting Activities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Lidl Arena Orienteering Challenge \u2013 discover the secret to the joy of movement by following the clues throughout the hall.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Family Relay Races \u2013 laughter, speed, and team challenges together with family or friends.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Football Kick Challenge \u2013 test your accuracy and power against various obstacles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Giant Darts \u2013 aim the football at an inflatable target and rack up points!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fitness and Well-being Classes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Zumba \u2013 masterclasses from 10:00 AM \u2013 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM \u2013 2:00 PM.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Yoga \u2013 masterclasses from 11:00 AM \u2013 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM \u2013 3:00 PM.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Physiotherapy Consultations \u2013 from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, an opportunity to receive advice and exercises under the guidance of a specialist.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Children\u2019s Activities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Face Painting \u2013 from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Toddler Corner (Ages 0\u20136) \u2013 play and activities for our youngest guests.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Creative and Mind Games<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Board Game Station \u2013 Games provided by Brain Games (Klask, Codenames, Bauboom, and more) available throughout the day.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prizes and Surprises<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">At the end of the day, 5 lucky winners will be drawn to receive digital gift cards from our event supporters: Sportland, Nike, Lidl, M\u0101rupes pica, and Brain Games.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Registration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Participation is free of charge, but pre-registration is required.
