Founded on 12 May 2021, Mini-pitch is a dynamic non-governmental organisation specialising in sports activities, children's camps, social projects and educational programmes.

Its main goal is to strengthen Latvian society by creating a platform for active participation, cooperation and promotion of healthy lifestyles, as well as to work in the field of civil society development.

Children's, youth and grassroots sport in 2025

2025 has been a year of powerful sporting celebrations for Mini-pitch! A total of 2,591 young footballers took to the pitch in our 3-on-3 and 4-on-4 football tournaments, while the popular sports event “Joy of Movement” brought together a further 595 enthusiasts of an active lifestyle. Thank you everyone for your participation and energy!

The Friendship Mondays 2025 project has finished

As part of the project "Commonwealth Mondays", free cultural orientation and inclusion events for Ukrainian civilians took place at Lidl Arena from September to December. Cultural activities and sports promoted mutual cooperation, a sense of belonging and successful integration into Latvian society.
